If God called you to go someplace would you go? This Sunday we will answer this question as we continue our sermon series on Witness as one of the practices of Jesus. In Acts 8 we see it play out in the story of Phillip and the Ethiopian eunuch on a desert road.
It would have been easy for Phillip to stay on the path he was on. It had to be tempting to stay within his comfort zone. But when God called, Phillip responded. The end result was that a stranger became brother in Christ.
God is still sending people out today! God is calling us to go and share our faith. Sometimes that can bring us to some uncomfortable places and unexpected people. But it is always worth our obedience to God’s calling!
